2024 Election Live Results: John Dumelo in comfortable lead as John Mahama is projected to win the 2024 general elections.

It’s been an exciting turn of events. According to data available to GlobalCurrent24.com, the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is in a comfortable lead. John Dumelo is also in a comfortable lead ahead of incumbent Lydia Alhassan.

‘With 13 polling stations to go, I can confidently say we have won the Ayawaso West Wuogon seat for the first time in 24 years’ – Mr. John Dumelo on X.

With the result he posted, the incumbent MP, Lydia Alhassan sits with 25,775 votes compared to Dumelo’s 38,471 votes. Mr. John Dumelo is certain to secure the victory this time around after suffering a narrow loss to the incumbent four years ago.

Additionally, the former President is projected to win the 2024 general elections, with data available to GlobalCurrent24.com. Former President Mahama is leading in more than 14 regions out of the 16 with 90% of the results collated.

Out of 40,976 polling stations, 37,096 results are available to GlobalCurrent24. The total valid votes casted were 10,597,509 with total rejected ballot being 214,477. The National Democratic Congress’s flagbearer has secured 5,980,810  votes out of the total valid votes so far representing 56.44% whereas Dr. Bawumia has secured 4,366,411 votes representing 41.21%.
