Arnaud Fostier, a Luxembourg-based lawyer, is one of 11 lawyers promoted globally by Simmons & Simmons for 2024, the law firm announced Monday.
On Monday, April 22, Simmons & Simmons, an international law firm, announced its roster of partner promotions for 2024, which included 11 lawyers from six different countries, including Luxembourg-based Arnaud Fostier. Fostier specializes in corporate and mergers and acquisitions law, with an emphasis on international transaction agreements.
His experience includes both domestic and international mergers and acquisitions transactions for a wide range of clients, including infrastructure, private equity, and real estate funds, as well as national and multinational corporations from a variety of industries. The promotions take effect on May 1, 2024.
In an interview with Delano, Fostier expressed his satisfaction with his new role as a partner at Simmons and Simmons. He stated, “My primary focus will be on corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions, with the goal of encouraging innovation and growth in the dynamic field of technology and digital business.
